1. Fast-acting brushless clutch fixed torque series
The fast-acting brushless clutch fixed-torque series features a built-in contactless switch, eliminating the need for replacement consumables and ensuring an exceptionally long service life. It also incorporates a new intelligent counter for effective yield control. The brushless motor delivers stable torque output, simple operation, and extended screwdriver life. The infrared intelligent clamp and LED indicator light allow users to intuitively determine the screw’s locking status, providing an excellent industrial-grade tightening tool for professionals in the electronics industry.
2. Fast-acting brushless servo intelligent torque sensor series
The brushless servo intelligent torque sensor series enables free programming of the tightening assembly process. Within the performance parameter range, torque, speed, waiting time, and rotation direction can be freely set and adjusted according to different tightening process requirements to achieve precise tightening.
Built-in torque and angle sensors enable precise control of each tightening process and real-time recording of all critical tightening process parameters. Based on servo control and torque sensor technology, torque accuracy is guaranteed to within ±3% standard deviation over millions of tightening assemblies. Built-in current and angle measurement enable precise control and monitoring of each tightening process, recording all critical tightening process parameters, and ensuring the highest accuracy.
Under normal operating conditions, the brushless servo intelligent torque sensor can achieve a Cmk ≥ 1.67 (torque setting tolerance ±10%), complying with ISO 5393 and 6Sigma principles. A Cmk value of 1.67 means a failure rate of only 0.6 per million screws, resulting in a 99.99994% pass rate. Furthermore, the use of a brushless motor, combined with the SD-PF5015 or SD-PF5030 controller, ensures flexibility and process reliability in tightening processes, helping manufacturing companies achieve true precision and intelligence.
