This means a failure rate of only 0.6 screws per million, with a pass rate of 99.99994%. Its built-in current and angle sensors monitor tightening parameters in real time, recording all critical data and ensuring high-precision operation.

The Speedy Servo Electric Screwdriver utilizes a brushless motor and dedicated servo algorithm, boasting high speeds (0-3000r/min acceleration time ≤7ms) and high torque output, significantly improving production efficiency. For example, in the new energy sector, its ability to quickly disassemble battery components is several times more efficient than traditional tools. Furthermore, its lightweight design (approximately 1kg) and compact size make it adaptable to diverse working environments.
Intelligent and flexible programming
The product is equipped with an intelligent control system that supports free setting of torque, speed, waiting time and rotation direction according to process requirements. For example, the high-precision Tamagawa encoder achieves stable low-speed operation and supports 12 task modes (each with 8 parameters) to adapt to complex tightening scenarios. In addition, real-time data display, abnormal alarm and data storage functions (can record 600 days of operation records) improve process traceability.
Long life and low maintenance cost
The use of brushless motors reduces mechanical wear and extends service life (2-3 times that of ordinary electric screwdrivers). It does not require frequent maintenance, only regular dust removal is required. Combined with high-reliability materials and manufacturing processes, its durability is outstanding in long-term high-intensity operations.
